Last night we received a text that Dustin was at the emergency room. He was injured when the hand held grinder disc exploded and took a chunk out of his arm. There was a piece of the disc embedded in his arm. We got into the car and headed for Schneck. Becky prayed, I drove. (We received word later in the evening they were able to flush it out; thank you, Lord. His arm will be stitched up later in the week).
This morning, Becky prayed that I might have a productive day at the office. She was heading to Terre Haute to pick up Erin. I gave her a “peck,” hurried to the office, fixed a pot of steaming hot, decaffeinated coffee, and prepared to read the 3rd devotion in order to write my thoughts. … Hammered again! … This might be a long 30 days for “horizontal” me.
Vertical, then horizontal. … Repeat it after me. Vertical, then horizontal.
